James (Boomer) Boomhower is the founder of ⁠Stay Fit 4 Duty⁠. As a lifelong healthcare provider and first responder, he knows the importance of first responders treating their mental and emotional health with the same fire and tenacity that they use to serve others. James is currently a graduate clinical intern focusing on culturally competent care of PTSD, family and relational wellness, stress, and burnout.
