Episode 26 - Justin Titchenell and Jack Volker are current college seniors and football players at (my college's rival school) Gettysburg College. Justin is the Founder and CEO of CoachTools, while Jack is the CMO. CoachTools is a platform for both High School and College Football coaches to improve the way they organize data, track progress, make comparisons, and strengthen the player-coach relationship.

I had a great time getting to talk to these two guys about how they were able to leverage their experiences playing college football to develop a platform for coaches to be more efficient and foster sustainable success by improving the way they prepare, evaluate, grade, and execute. Being a college football player myself, I see the need for what CoachTools is and just how valuable it can be to any coach looking to take a program to the next level.
