In this solo episode, I talk about the process of pursuing a goal and how to reframe your mindset to look at things in a long-term approach, delay gratification, and enjoy the process of whatever you are in pursuit of. Whether it be fitness, health, business, relationships, or life in general, the process will have its highs and lows but, we have to keep moving forward and remember that it is a privilege.
