Claire Bays is the host of the wellness podcast “Conversations with Claire”, a trainer at Kollective - Austin’s Premiere Social Performance Club, a PN Certified Nutrition Coach, Sober Alcoholic, Brand Builder, and Athlete competing within the spaces of CrossFit, HYROX, and OCR’s. She grew up on fried chicken, played no sports growing up, and didn’t identify as an athlete or go to a gym until she was in her 20s. She has overcome eating disorders, alcoholism and substance abuse, abusive relationships, and more. Claire feels that her life’s mission is to help others realize versions of themselves that are unrecognizable to who they are today. She is passionate about sharing the tools she has learned to grow, heal and change - in order to inspire others to see that they are BEYOND capable with the right resources and support.
