Joe Rinaldi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Performance Coach, Author of the Cup of Joe Newsletter and Blog, Co-Host of The Pursuit Podcast, and Bare Performance Nutrition Ambassador.
What I admire most about Joe is that despite the fact that he suffers from Best disease, which is when your sense of sight slowly deteriorates, he chooses to use it to his advantage. He goes in depth to explain how we are constantly given choices in life, and it is up to us to choose how we respond to them. Joe is living proof that the dark times in life don't last, and they always lead to brighter days, as he explains further during the interview.
This conversation is also rich with quotes and lessons that will give you a new perspective on life. Joe believes that attitude is contagious, and by waking up each day with a positive one is the best thing a person can do. I find tremendous value in each newsletter, post, podcast episode, and relayed quote that comes from Joe, and I am positive you all will as well.
