Malthe Helt is a Bryant University student, former Hockey Player, and current PGA Golf Prospect. He is finishing up his last semester in college while also training intensely in pursuit of his goal to become a Professional Golfer on the PGA Tour. Born in Denmark, he has lived in 4 different countries and 5 different states. His early life was dedicated to hockey as he moved away from home to pursue his dream at 15. He also played for the Danish Junior National Team and played 2.5 years of juniors after graduating high school.
After having to step away from the game he loved and dedicated much of his life to, he picked up golf in April of 2018 and leaned on his lessons from playing hockey including dedication, hard work, and discipline to become a pro prospect. Since 2018, he has built a team of supporters such as coaches, nutritionists, strength trainers, and a marketing team.
Malthe has been crushing the TikTok and Instagram game, getting thousands of views for his insane trick shots, not all of them even using a golf ball. He is using these platforms to market himself for his future while trying to put a smile on people's faces and encourage everyone to do their part when it comes to social issues. I had a great time getting to Malthe, and hopefully, the next time I interview him he will be on the PGA Tour!
