Krysta Huber is a Certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, founder and owner of The Fitness Fyx and co-founder CEO of The Well, a total mind body spirit and beauty company. She currently specializes in nutritional coaching, mindfulness, and overall well-being. She is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and originally thought she wanted to pursue Journalism. After holding many different positions across various industries, Krysta realized her true passion was in helping and bringing value to others in the form of fitness, nutrition, and mental health. Krysta went through a period of depression, and now she is sharing her story with others while motivating and inspiring her clients and followers to break out of their current shells to achieve their goals and live purposefully.
