David Stark is the Host of The Athlete’s Podcast, a top 1% podcast that uncovers the strategies and insights that drive peak performance in the lives of elite athletes, nutritionists, and health experts. David has interviewed over 200 high-achievers in the world of health and athletics. His passion lies in unraveling how high achievers constantly refine their prowess, perpetually striving for enhancement.

In this episode, David and I go deep into uncovering the habits, routines, rituals, and mindsets of peak performers, as well as the things we have both learned from talking with these incredible individuals and the impact it has had on both of our lives.
