Nick Walker is a Health and Wellness Creator and Human Performance Coach on a mission to help and inspire others through fitness and fun.

After his dream of going to the MLB didn’t pan out, Nick was eager to find purpose and meaning in his life. He found himself as the head baseball coach at his alma mater at 23 years old and led the team to a league title in his first year.

Coaching lit a fire in him to help and inspire others through his passion of health and wellness, so he packed up his car and drove across the country to begin the next chapter as an Equinox trainer in California, and has now amassed hundreds of thousands of followers across multiple platforms and is helping even more than that live their best lives by making fitness fun and less intimidating.

In this episode, Nick shares more about his journey of overcoming adversity, and how by putting his mission of helping 1 person each day as his main priority, he has created a life for himself filled with meaning and purpose.

Why Nick starts his day with bulletproof coffee How to wake up energized and motivated each day Finding purpose and meaning in life Breaking free from identifying solely as a baseball player Driving across the country and working as a trainer at Equinox Becoming a full-time creator during the pandemic Morning routine for a successful day Structure your day in a way that allows you to be most effective Keys to improving as a hybrid athlete Working out fasted vs. fed Benefits of intermittent fasting Supplements for optimal health and longevity Using sodium to improve health and performance A sneak peak into Nick’s new company Nick’s definition of ambition
