Welcome back everyone I am blessed to be finally recording in the real studio today and from here on out! I decided to make our #MentalHealthMondays a day for pump up talks and our #WarriorWednesdays a day for practical tips and implementation. On today's episode I encourage you to let go of the stress and let in all the good! It's time we stop stressing and start living the good life! This week I encourage you to stress less.


Start small and pick something little today that you notice is causing stress and take a minute to find something good about your current situation. Mindset shifts are an important part of releasing our current stress and anxiety. Giving yourself permission to let go of the stress and pressure to perform or be perfect allows you to free up space to allow all the good things  in and participate in the present moment.
