Here are the steps I am taking to let go of my unwanted stress... I encourage you to use any of these steps that you feel may help you do the same!


1. Do something you love every day


2. Have some form of movement as a part of your day


3. Find a way to release your negative emotions


4. Don't dwell on the negative things


5. Talk to someone about it! Go to therapy or let it out with a trusted friend.
