In this episode I opened up about my experience surrounding the pandemic and the anxiety it caused for me initially with my chronic health issues. I also gave the following four tips as a way to navigate the pandemic and get through these challenging times.


1. Have conversations and be open minded to others


2. Make the choices that are best for your health and be your own advocate


3. Be mindful of the news and things you read on social media


4. If you feel it is best for you to keep your health decisions private do not let others intimidate you to have to share
