In our Thanksgiving service, we are given a new commandment by Christ- to love one another as He has loved us. This is a challenge for our flesh - for Christ has loved as no other has loved. We survey the ways in which Christ has loved us and are exhorted to see that the distinguishing mark of the Christian society is that its members love each other in this way.
