On today’s KITM David Waldman visits far-off “Ohio” (oh-hahy-oh). He’s clearly not from up here. Ohio’s constitution only exists so that the Republicans (jee-oh-pee) know what to disregard. Violating court orders, ignoring Ohio Supreme Court deadlines, and cutting voters out of the political process is always how they do business here.

Down south at the 5th circuit the court is king. Lifting of a vaccine mandate is an edict to ban masks for them. Judges there decided that mask mandates go against the religion of United Airlines, ignoring precedent and inventing facts to suit their incoherent reasoning. In Georgia, precedent is followed on non-precedential orders.

Up in Manhattan, they have their act together. A law clerk did have to tell Donald Trump's lawyer to shup up while the judge was talking. Donald’s attorney claimed Trump was a "protected class", although he’s more of an “endangered species”. No one reputable would ever want to see Trump again... of course he never cared much for that crowd to begin with. Donald’s borrowing rates have definitely risen. House Oversight chair Carolyn Maloney believes Trump might not have been on the up and up while acquiring the Old DC Post Office lease. If only someone had pointed that out earlier!

Texas National Guard members are unionizing, and the DoJ agrees, giving the Guard some much needed control over their lives.

Canadian police have had it up to here, eh, with the skeets and hosers. Beauty!
