This means over the next 45 days or so, you’re going to be inundated with cookies, holiday parties, family dinners, eggnog, spiced cider cocktails, and whatever figgy pudding is... Many of us typically gain a tremendous amount of weight during the holiday season - anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds. Eventually, some of that weight comes off, but for the vast majority, there’s a lingering pound or two that stays with us for the long term, which added up year after year becomes 10-20 pounds in just a few short years. So, how do we survive the holiday season without looking like Santa Clause?  In this episode, I'm sharing my top 7 strategies, including some quick tips around alcohol!
