Well, it's been an incredible journey that we've been on with this Stree Management block. I hope you guys have enjoyed listening as much as I have enjoyed creating. In our final episode on this particular subject, we pull all of the previous episode topics together to discuss what is probably one of the damaging yet unaddressed issues when it comes to overwhelming stress, and that is committing to movement with no progress. You know people who are constantly busy, tiring themselves out daily, yet when a complete assessment of their efforts is done, they have accomplished nothing. I call this "The Hampster Wheel," and we will discuss just how to break this continuous destructive process. Let's get moving!
