Opinion on the wider problem between Kalyn Ponga, Newcastle Knights and the NRL

We dive into the wider issue we're seeing with the NRL, where we see the same merry-go-round of young talented players who're highly paid being assumed they also have leadership capabilities. The NRL is notorious for thrusting inexperienced leaders into leadership positions without the support network or systems in place to appropriately guide them to success.
