I ran across this tweet from Bryan Harris who recommended a book that I haven’t read before called, Hello, My Name is Awesome: How to Create Brand Names That Stick

In his tweet, he explains part of the process this way:

Step 1: List 12 words related to the word that you want

Step 2: Choose 1 & research for 60m

Step 3: Repeat on each word

He goes to detail running words through the thesaurus, image search each word, look up industry-related glossaries, there’s all kinds of options when figuring out how you want to brand the product or service you’ll be marketing.

But all of those details are found in Bryan’s tweet and, obviously, expanded upon in the book.
