How’s your relationship with food? I’m going to tell you that IF you’ve ever been on a diet, your relationship may be “complicated”with food.
I’ll be bringing that to light in this episode along with a few ways that you can imporve that relationship. You may think your relationship is just fine with food, I know I did.
A good relationship with food involves welcoming all foods in moderation, eating foods that you enjoy, not allowing food to control your life, and knowing that the foods you eat do not define your value as a person.
That was not quite my relationship with food with all the dieting I had done in the past. I was actually AFRAID of food ( Sounds crazy, I know). I would weigh, measure, track, avoid, fear, restrict, obsess and straight up just not listen to my body and the hunger cues it was giving me. THAT, is what happened in diet land and it is also not a very good relationship with food.
Let’s dive intohow to improve that and actually be albe to look at food as food and not a good or nad thing.
