In today’s episode I have a special guest. She has been a friend of mine for a few years now and I have seen her kick butt at being her own advocate for her health. She has pushed past barriers and made sure she gets the answers to her questions.

She was recently diagnosed with Sjogrens, an autoimmune “disease” ( I really hate the word disease). It was a hard hit and a big pill to swallow when the diagnosis came BUT she is a warrior and had been stepping up and being her own advocate and finding the RIGHT doctors who will listen to her and work with her to make sure she gets the right answers and treatment.

Her story is one of courage, fight, determination and of course setbacks and tears...but she keeps fighting and she is sharing her story with you all today….Please welcome my friend Stefanie.
