In this episode, I’m about to go with another unpopular opinion because I’m just not understanding the big attraction with Ozempic. I have a LOT of questions. I know a few people who are using Ozempic to help with type 2 diabetes and I get that.

I’m a little confused about the big attraction to it for weight loss. If you know me, you know I have questions and of course, I’ll be addressing them in this episode. These questions are some that you may even have and/or IF you are contemplating or even using Ozempic for weight loss, you may want to ask your doctor these questions.

If you’ve followed me for an amount of time, you know how I feel about weight loss products. I’m not a huge fan at all. What I am a fan of is LEARNING about our bodies and actually knowing what they need on an individual level. You can eat all the kale, try all the diets, and diet pills and injections BUT, if you don’t dive deep and look at the big picture of WHY you struggle with weight loss, you may never see sustainable results.

I also love how the advertisement even has a catchy little tune so you sing it all day and won’t forget about it.

I’m just curious IF it is doing more harm than good for the long haul. So let’s dive in.
