Recently, Rapper DaBaby, lost his brother to suicide. Historically, there has been a myth in the Black Community that Black people don’t kill themselves and suicide is a “White Thing”. But, did you know that Black men are more likely to die by suicide than Black Women? But, Black women are more likely to attempt suicide? Did you know that that Black youth are taking their own lives at alarming rates? Suicide is on the rise in the Black Community, and it’s time that we talk about it.
