Now that the CrossFit Open is all wrapped up, we are looking forward towards Quarterfinals. Today we discuss how to properly peak your athletes for the next stage in the season. Understanding that there are a lot of varying abilities among athletes in the quarterfinals, we address the peaking process from the perspective of an athlete "on the bubble" of making it to Semifinals, as well as the athlete that is most likely vying for a spot at the Games.
