Today's guest, Paul Barrett, is the managing partner and founder of a new healthcare-focused private equity firm at Argosy Healthcare Partners. He once worked in a private equity firm and eventually started his own. Interestingly, from years of working for these firms, Paul realized that many organizations and the private equity industry are not values-driven and overly focused on shareholder value without considering value to all stakeholders.
