Dr. Jernigan-Noesi is a licensed professional psychologist with decades of experience as a scholar, clinical researcher, and mental health professional. She is a professor at St. Agnes College, where she heads the Intersections Research Lab, which investigates the effects of experiences of discrimination on health outcomes.
