Spring is in the air.  We're leaving behind the cold winter months and shorter, darker days.  This is a time for growth and change for humans as well as nature and animals.  Those short, dark, cold days can be challenging for many people.  As we enter these upcoming months, we might feel lighter, or feel that we have more space in our lives.  We want to fill that up with beneficial changes.  On this episode we chat about some of the changes coming up along with some healthy things we can do.
