Each new year, many of us begin doing something we have a difficult time doing normally, we look forward and start planning for the future.  It's no secret that many of us struggle in a similar fashion with being very past-oriented.  We recycle thoughts and emotions and get stuck with habits we don't want.  When a new year comes around, many of us are more focussed on starting a year strong towards some goals we want, or some things we want to be different.  What if we could utilize this strength to implement the change we desire all year long?  In this episode we chat about this and much more.
