It is January 2020... which means? New Year’s resolutions, and that mean many people have health and fitness goals. This means working out and getting fit.


Exercising is a good thing; we don’t have to convince people of this. Everyone knows that exercise can help your body live a healthier and longer life with benefits ranging from brain (cognitive) health, joint + muscle health.  


I love this time of year because it is exciting to see people taking steps towards a healthier version of themselves, not just physically but also mentally.  


So with this episode of Clay's Cortex (Part 1ish) we will go over some of the steps to take to help you either begin your journey of exercising for life or if you are already a exerciser how to maintain it for life.  


Some of the steps that you need to take from Curtis's perspective to stay consistent are laid out in this episode to stick to your New Year’s resolution or when you start to feel the burnout, a way to re-evaluate.
