Mollie Engelhart is the person I think of when I hear the phrase, "want something done, give it to the busiest person in the room"  She is the executive chef and founder of Sage Plant Based Bistro, a growing group of plant based organic comfort food restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area. She operates a 20 acre organic farm focused on regenerative agriculture is also the executive producer of the award-winning documentary film, "May I Be Frank." and is an accomplished spoken word poet (just to name a few things she has already done).


I loved getting into Mollie's journey and how being raised by conscious parents that were immersed in personal development shaped her life, even though she tried her hardest to rebel from it.  Mollie has a heart of gold, and amazing views on fears, loss, showing up for life and the opportunities it hands you and so much more!
