Since January of this year I've been working with a client and our focus is building the Culture, Communication, and Leadership within their organization as they work to become an employer of choice. They are focusing on not only recruiting employees but attracting them, which is a subtle but important shift.   Our Q2 focus is on Communication to Appreciate and Recognize.
