Kindness

This week I was lucky enough to have Cady Leinike back to talk about Kindness. Our world could use a little more kindness, don’t you think? So, in this episode, Cady and I discuss how to help foster empathy in the kids you nanny and how to get started on a “Kindness Project” with them! We talk about small gestures that you can start incorporating right away, and also offer advice for setting examples that will stick with the kids you nanny into adulthood.
