It's not a traditional podcast chat but we both enjoyed it so much we decided to put it out as episodes of both of our podcasts. John and I come to our recovery from very different perspectives. And you hear it in this chat. But we discussed that head on and found all the ways our ideas overlap.

One note: I normally record on Zencastr. Zencastr wasn't working for John so we recorded on Zoom... and I didn't realize until 75% of the way through the convo that my mic wasn't on! So I was recording through my computer mic and it sounds like trash. Sorry!
