Not All Use is Misuse
On this week's Monday Motivation, I talk about how conflating all use with misuse leads to people thinking they have a problem when they don't. We see this around drugs a lot as (mostly) parents think any use is misuse or addiction. But we also saw this with the Atlanta shooting where the gunman said he had a sex and porn addiction because his church taught him that very normal feelings of arousal were problematic.
