The truth is, it's going to feel awkward and uncomfortable at first. But, as I share a few of my experiences with my mother, my hope is that I am able to normalize the experience for you. 

It can feel daunting visiting a Psych Ward, especially for the first time. But, there is peace in understanding that it’s a safe environment for you or your loved one to rehab and get back to mental wellness.
