The weekly update where I fill in the mental health journal and chat to you all live via Twitch and YouTube about how my week's been, how your week's been, and how you're all doing.

This episodes final thoughts were regarding the fact that in the UK people needing mental health care were having to wait over 28 days to get treatment. I address this and also free-style into talking about our obligation to become a better community that can do it's bit to also support those in need of care - or who are going through a hard time.

We'd love to get a conversation going, so if you have any thoughts, or something you'd like to add to the show to talk about in the next episode, please send me a message via the website, discord server or social media channels.

If you enjoy the show and want to put a couple pennies in the tip jar, I'd be very grateful if you would consider leaving a donation to mind via the website link
