Research shows that people that learn information through stories, retain the information better and find you to be more credible. Storytelling can be a game changer. Learn the skill and structure, get feedback and practice to get good at storytelling. You won’t get better by sitting on the sidelines. You’ve got to do it! One of the biggest mistakes in storytelling is to not knowing what your purpose and point of the story is. “You’ve got to know how to land the plane.” You need to know your audience. Your story is more about your customer than it is about you. The extraordinary lives inside the ordinary.
