CHP 57- Samantha Wood: Manager Mama

Samantha Wood is the Customer Support Manager of Digital Apps and NFTs at The Topps Company. She shares with Kylie the journey of her career, thus far, and how she has learned to stand her ground, and speak her mind, as a woman in charge, in the workplace. Samantha also speaks of becoming a mother- while having a full time career- including its struggles, and how she has learned to find a way to prioritize everything. Additionally, she and Kylie share their experiences of learning why the customer is truly “always right,” and how Sam is navigating the new, ever-expanding world of NFTs.
