Autumn Walker is a Mental Health therapist licensed in Maryland. Her passion is centered around healing anxiety and racial trauma among Black & Brown communities through a God-fident lens. After obtaining her Masters from Johns Hopkins in 2020, she combined her devotions to social justice, faith and mental health awareness to launch The Soul Reasons on social media platforms. The Soul Reasons encourages the Black community to foster a secure sense of self to both heal from and resist a racist sociopolitical system. She continues to expand her message through digital and community platforms to help others find their soul reason admist this destructive social climate.
