If you have set goals, make plans, or wanted to make changes in your personal or professional life, and you have found yourself, practicing the tomorrow syndrome, or starting very energetically but then drifting off, because of a lack of self-belief, because the goal does not motivate you anymore, because you are bored, having self-discipline can help you immensely to move forward and advance in your life, whatever that means for you.

But we know people that have massive discipline in one area of their lives, yet they struggle enormously in another area,  why is that?  Well, I think they lack holistic disciple, and what is that?  We will talk about that in this episode, and also we will go through some tools to help you build your holistic discipline.
