8 Ways to Get Started on Self-Care

1. Make sleep part of your self-care routine. Reducing stress is also key.

2. Take care of yourself by taking care of your gut. Start with a probiotic and be conscious of how food impacts you.

3. Exercise daily as part of your self-care routine to boost your mood and reduce stress.

4. Eat well for self-care to fuel your mind and body.

5. Say no to others, and say yes to your self-care.

6. Take a self-care trip.

7. Take a self-care break by getting outside.

8. Take care of yourself by getting organized.
