Tommy got his real estate license in 2006 and started as a part-time broker. A year into that path, the work got him so exhausted that he fell asleep on the wheel while driving one day.  Seeing this as a wake-up call, Tommy decided to focus on building a team instead.  This was when he and his friend Josh Weinberg founded Weinberg-Choi Residential.
