It's Wedding Season! Today on the podcast, I talk to Lilia from the Luv Collective about all things wedding. We discuss both of our wedding experiences and how we did not feel centered and yet, how we handled the journey. Lilia and I want to normalize the emotional roller coaster that can happen when getting engaged, wedding planning, dress shopping, the actual wedding day and more importantly, planning for the actual marriage. If you are on the wedding journey, take a listen and share your thoughts with us on Instagram @OneWade @LuvCollective

Lilia (she/her) is the founder of Luv Collective, a platform to find + book group wellness experiences for private events. Lilia created Luv Collective after spending a few years teaching yoga and realizing there needed to be more wellness infused with the wedding and events world, and that finding alternative wellness practitioners (like psychics and astrologers) was unnecessarily harder than it needed to be! Outside of Luv Collective, Lilia has also written a children's yoga book, and currently sits on the board of the non-profit Yoga Behind Bars. She's a graduate of Cornell's School of Hotel Administration, and loves to dive into other creative projects whenever she can. You can find more about Luv Collective @luvcollective and follow Lilia @lifebylilia.
