On today's podcast, we explore what it is like to be a human who lives in a body. Cristy shares somatic insights of why it is important for us to tune into the wisdom of our bodies and how the body teaches us lessons the mind doesn't--the gift of being "bodyful." Cristy shares her process of slowing down, journaling out the thoughts, sensing what's happening in the body and being able to connect the dots, internally. Cristy also shares how she re-centers herself when she is experiencing HALT (hungry, angry, lonely and tired). I love this acronym! Take a listen and share your takeaways with us!
