7. Study! Helping Kids Know How #2

We can’t just tell children to study. Dr. Kathy believes we must teach them how. She’s organized study strategies into 8 categories and she explains five of the categories in this episode. For example, children can learn to record information, comprehend it, remember it, use it, and regulate their learning. She explains how to use index cards to help in many ways. She also explains how writing out a “fact sheet” helps in many ways. There’s much we can teach children!
