003 - Preparing Kids for What Their Generation Needs

A new report shows that young adult leaders want more mentors and more time with their leaders. It's an interesting report noting that other recent findings in some circles highlight how adult kids want relationships with their parents to a greater degree, showing integrity, patience, and other Christian characteristics. 

Today, Dr. Kathy walks us through why this might be and how we can encourage young adult leaders as they mature and grow into their different giftings. She also considers who we can parent kids today knowing that their generation may require something from them that our generation didn't require from us.
