You Can't Always Be "On"
Regardless of your work ethic and your stamina, you can't always be "on" 24/7. Our bodies need breaks and rest. If we push too hard for too long, we could hit burnout. That can eventually lead to health issues. 

It's important to recognize the signs of when enough is enough.
Accept feedback from peers who are concerned you're been giving too much. When you hear certain trigger words or recognize burnout warning signs, make sure to take some time off to recharge.
