In March 2020 the WHO, World Health Organization, declared the Coronavirus, coded named “COVID-19”, a pandemic. 

Now is a great time to take a deep look at your habits, challenge yourself, and perhaps change to a more healthy approach.

Do you know what a “smear infection” is? I didn’t but recently learned and want to share this with you as well.
