What I've had to learn in this time is that your calm inner peace is not situational, it already exists inside of you. In 2021, make it your practice to observe your thoughts/emotions *especially* during the hard times. Don’t get tangled in your web of emotions, you still have the power to create & control your reality. It starts inside of you. 2021 self-care is more than face masks & wine. This is where the real shifts happen. Don't give up.
