THE GOOD

Pacing, character development/relationships, practical effects, score takes on a life of it's own. Tooth to tail, it's 99% perfect.

THE BAD

What's the 1%? The coroner scene contains a brief editing gaffe... as if the audio was spliced in from another part of the movie. Very odd once you notice it.

THE DOWNRIGHT CAMPY

Woah, woah, woah - did Quint just show up, draw a shark on the chalkboard and wait until the perfect moment to launch into a dramatic monologue? Apparently so. I like to think this is something Quint does at every town meeting.
