Show Summary
Jamie talks about his coffee brand Lean Caffiene with Karen. He disucces how it's important to keep in mind where your beans have come from and how they have been treated. If you have ever experienced a headache after coffee it may just be the quality rather the coffee or caffiene itself. They talk about the benefit of coffee from it's antioxidants and using it along with butter and MCT oil to set you up for your day in fat burning mode. Jamie's father passed away recently having suffered from Alzheimer's Disease, and he is determined to hack his genes and prevent the illness manifesting in himself.
